Business Process Consulting
Make the way work gets done work better.
Technology cannot fix a process that was never properly understood.
We help organisations examine how work moves through the business, identify where it slows down or breaks down, and redesign the processes that matter. We work with the people performing the work, not only the people managing it — the two accounts of a process are rarely the same, and the difference is usually where the problem lives.
“Our processes are slow, fragmented and difficult to control.”Improve the way your business works

How we work.
- 01
Discover
How the work is actually being performed, alongside the people performing it.
- 02
Map
The process documented from beginning to end, including the steps nobody wrote down.
- 03
Analyse
Duplication, bottlenecks, unnecessary steps, risks and gaps, each costed.
- 04
Redesign
A future-state process the team has agreed to, because one they have not will not survive the working week.
- 05
Enable
The people, controls and technology needed to sustain it.
This is often valuable without any new software.
A meaningful share of process problems are solved by changing sequence, ownership or handover rules, at no software cost at all. We say so when that is the case, and the engagement ends there. Where technology would genuinely help, you leave with a specification for it rather than a purchase.
Deliverables

What you end up with
Clearer processes, better ownership, fewer unnecessary steps, and a more consistent way of working.
Questions we are asked.
- Do we need to buy software afterwards?
- Often not. A meaningful proportion of process problems are resolved by changing sequence, ownership or handover rules, at no software cost. Where a system is warranted, you will have a specification for it.
- Will this disrupt the team while it is happening?
- The mapping is done alongside people doing their normal work rather than in workshops that take them off it. The disruption is measured in conversations, not downtime.
- What if the problem turns out to be people, not process?
- Then we will say so. It is more often structure than individuals — unclear ownership, or two teams each assuming the other checks something — and those are process problems with a people-shaped symptom.
How this connects
The right solution is rarely just one discipline.
An engagement that begins here often moves somewhere else, because the problem does. We combine capabilities according to what we find rather than fitting every client into a package.
Start with the problem
Not sure which service you need?
That is exactly where the first conversation begins. Tell us what is happening inside your organisation, what is slowing the work down, or what you are trying to achieve. We will help you understand what needs to change and which approach makes sense.
