Do I need to know exactly what software I need before contacting Precedence?
No. You can start with the business problem. Understanding the organisation and the process is part of our approach, and working out what is actually needed is usually the first thing we do together.
Does Precedence only build software?
No. We provide consulting, process improvement, technology strategy, systems implementation, integration, automation and software engineering. The right answer depends on the problem, and sometimes it is a change in process that costs nothing.
What is the free process consultation?
An initial conversation focused on understanding your organisation, the process you are trying to improve and the challenge you are facing. It is there to establish whether and how Precedence can help.
Do you work with small businesses?
Yes. The approach adapts to organisations at different stages of growth and levels of operational complexity.
Do you work with large organisations?
Yes. We support more complex organisations where processes, systems, integrations, reporting and operational requirements span multiple teams or functions.

Can Precedence work with our existing software?
Yes. We do not assume replacing existing software is always the right answer. We can assess the systems you have, improve the processes around them, integrate platforms, or establish where a different solution is genuinely appropriate.

Precedence Core is our business operating and ERP platform, designed to connect important business processes within one system — sales, inventory, procurement, finance, customers, suppliers, people, operations and reporting.
Can you build software specifically for our organisation?
Yes. Where existing products do not adequately meet the requirement, our technology team designs and builds software around the organisation's processes and objectives.
Do you work with organisations outside Nigeria?
Yes. Precedence works with clients and organisations across different international markets, including Ireland, the United States, Canada and the United Arab Emirates, in addition to Nigeria.
