What we do with your information.

This describes what actually happens to information you give us through this site. It is short because what we do is simple: we read your enquiry and we reply to it.

    What this covers

This policy explains what happens to information you give us through this website, and what the site itself collects while you use it. It covers the website only. Information shared with us during a paid engagement is governed by the agreement covering that work.

  2. 02

    What you give us

If you send an enquiry, we ask for your name, work email and organisation, and you may optionally add a phone number, your country or region, your industry, the size of your organisation, what you would like help with, and a description of the challenge you are facing. You can also tell us how and when you would prefer to be contacted.

Only the name, email, organisation, country, area of interest and description are required. Everything else is optional and the form works without it.

If you contact us by WhatsApp, email or telephone instead, we hold whatever you choose to send us in that conversation. WhatsApp messages are handled by WhatsApp under their own terms, not ours.

  3. 03

    What we do with it

We use it to respond to your enquiry and to have the conversation you asked for. That is the whole purpose.

We do not sell it. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We do not add you to a newsletter or an automated follow-up sequence — if we contact you, it is a person replying to what you wrote.

  4. 04

    Where it goes

An enquiry submitted through this site is transmitted over an encrypted connection to our own systems, where the founders read it. The website itself does not store your enquiry — it passes it on and keeps no copy.

We keep enquiries for as long as the conversation is live and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to us. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.

    Cookies and analytics

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies, and there is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.

Where analytics are enabled, we use a privacy-focused service that counts page views without cookies and without collecting information that identifies you personally. We can see that a page was visited; we cannot see who visited it.

  6. 06

    Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us and we will act on it.

Depending on where you are, the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation or the UK and EU General Data Protection Regulation may give you further rights, including the right to complain to a supervisory authority.

Questions about any of this, or a request about your own information? Write to [email protected].
